1. Who we are

East Coast Umrah ("ECU", "we") is a youth-led Umrah company based in Queens, New York. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. You can reach us at [email protected] or +1 (929) 431-1175.

2. What we collect

• Details you give us when you fill in a form or book a call: your first name, phone number, email, city, and what you tell us about your trip (for example how many people are travelling and your room type).

• For the Coach Call: the answers on your prep form, such as where you're flying from, your rough travel month, and which country your passport is from. We do not ask for your passport number through this website.

• Your payment details for a Coach Call. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

• Basic information about how you use our website, such as which pages you visit and which link brought you here.

3. How we use it

• To book and run your calls and trips, and to send you your confirmation, reminders and Meet link.

• To send you the Starter Kit and follow-up emails about the Coach Call and the January trip.

• To answer your questions and give you support.

• To understand which posts and ads bring people to our site, so we can improve them.

4. Who handles your information

We use trusted services to run our business. They process your information only to provide their service to us:

• our booking, forms, texting and email system

• Stripe, for Coach Call payments

• Google, for Google Meet and calendars

• Meta, for measuring how our ads perform

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your phone number or text-message consent with anyone for marketing.

5. Text messages and emails

If you give us your phone number, we may text you from +1 (929) 431-1175 about your booking and your trip. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email.

6. Cookies and ad measurement

Our website uses cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how people use our site and how our ads perform. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to run your booking and trip, and to meet our legal and business needs. If you'd like us to delete it, contact us.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. You can stop text messages by replying STOP. You can stop emails by using the unsubscribe link. Contact us at [email protected].

9. Children

Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. For the January trip, travellers under 18 need a parent's consent, and a parent may be asked to share information on their behalf.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
